Vertically-Integrated Management Platform

Having high-quality asset management teams on the ground is critical to the success of German real estate investing.

In order to provide investors with transparency and control from the property level through to the Fund level, Stronghold has spent the better part of the last decade building a vertically-integrated operating structure, including a locally-based property management team (Vulpes Immobilien Management GmbH) and portfolio management team (Stronghold Asset Management GmbH), with offices in Hamburg and Eckernförde in northern Germany.

Together with Stronghold Capital, with its offices in Luxembourg and Singapore, the group employs around 25 professionals specialising in property management & investment management, giving us the full suite of capabilities from handling leasing and tenant enquiries, to transaction management and overseeing major capex programmes, all the way through to fund management, investor relations and reporting.

Through our presence on the ground and successful history of transacting locally, we have developed an extensive network of vendor/buyer relationships as well as local banking partners, giving us an edge over our competition when it comes to sourcing off-market deals and competitive financing.
